PM Software - Interactive Business Models

The PMM™ is complemented with over 30 individual interactive business models. Each ‘element’ within the process is partnered with a specific business model, designed to help PM’s and Directors communicate and manage with confidence, resulting in quality strategic decisions being made. Business models include well known business planning tools, all have been purposely aligned to the product management activity; Product Viability Model Financial Planner Risk Analysis Stakeholder Communication Market Segmentation Boston Matrix Ansoff Matrix MFP Matrix Product Positioning Features and Benefit Analysis Porters 5 Forces Analysis PEST Analysis SWOT Analysis Objectives + Strategies Critical Success Factors Kano Model QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Our Interactive business models have been designed to be very easy to use and understand yet remain extremely powerful and produce a strong impact when presented. Collectively the models will complement any business planning activity. Needless to say the Product Manager feels eminently comfortable using them as part of their own planning activities. When required, the business model provides suitable prescriptive comments against the concluding visual position which is then taken on board for further strategic analysis. The models are populated with your specific data and when challenged can be appropriately defended or interactively changed to meet with an agreed position (in other words the model is further calibrated and all parties then buy into the final result). All individual software models that are part of the interactive model series can be used autonomously or used as part of a powerful integrated pack. Individual models are available separately if required- please contact us for further information
